There are three ways to work with the Institute of Conflict Management. They do different jobs, and you do not need one to have another. Pick the one that fits where you are.

Become an ICM Member
For individuals who want to be associated with the ICM and the values behind safer workplaces. Use the title ICM Member and the Member logo, vote at the AGM, and access member CPD, resources and events.

Become a Recognised Trainer Assessor
For individual trainers who want their own competence recognised by the ICM. Separate from your centre and separate from membership.
Become a Quality Award Centre
For training providers who want their course or centre recognised as meeting the ICM/PMWRV Standards, at the scope that matches what they teach.
Not sure which is right for you? Membership is a values-based association for individuals. It is not an assessment, a trainer approval or a course accreditation, and it is not required for QAC or RTA status. If you want your course, centre or own practice recognised, QAC and RTA are the routes. Ask us and we will point you the right way.
Talk to us
We would rather answer your questions before you commit than after.
